Yes! We provide a set of 10x 1" and 2x 2" bases in each of your first three boxes. To reduce plastic waste, we stop providing bases after the third box as this has been a sufficient number for the majority of our subscribers.

If, however, you'd like to continue to receive bases, we do allow you that option. Please reach out to us at support@dungeoninabox.com, and we'll make sure you keep receiving bases for as long as you need.

When do I get my box?

The Monthly Subscription follows the following process:

1. Order by the 31st of the month.
2. We ship your box within the first two weeks of the following month.
3. Your account auto-renews on the 20th of each month.

Do I get Skinny Mini bases with my subscription?

Yes! We provide a set of 10x 1" and 2x 2" bases in each of your first three boxes. To reduce plastic waste, we stop providing bases after the third box as this has been a sufficient number for the majority of our subscribers.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship from the USA, and customers will be responsible for any customs or duty charges that may occur as we don’t have control over this process.

I signed up for a monthly subscription. Do I have to re-subscribe each month, or does my subscription automatically renew?

Your subscription automatically renews every month!

How do I cancel my subscription?
