Questions
Do I start at chapter one?
Yes. However far along the campaign is, your first box is chapter one, and the next chapter follows the month after. Nobody gets dropped into the middle of the story.
When does my first box ship?
Within 3 to 5 business days of subscribing. After that we take payment on the 20th, and boxes ship in the first two weeks of the following month.
Can I run a box as a one shot?
Yes. Every box is written to stand on its own, and the maps, minis and terrain tiles are built to be reused in your own games afterwards.
What is the Voyage of the Fallen Star arc about?
A star has fallen into the Great Sea, and whoever reaches it first is granted a wish. Over thirteen chapters your party sails from a crowded port city out to the sunken star itself, climbing from level 1 to level 10. The warrior nation of Blackrift is racing you for it.
Do the maps, minis and tiles match each adventure?
They do. Everything in a box is built for that chapter's encounters. The minis are the monsters you will fight, and the maps are the places you will fight them in.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions renew on their own until you cancel, so there is nothing to re-subscribe to each month. The thirteen box bundle is a single payment and is not tied to a subscription at all.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship from the USA. Customs and duty charges are down to the customer.
How do I cancel?
Email support@dungeoninabox.com and we will stop it for you. It renews monthly until you do.
